~An advantage you won’t find anywhere else.

My ADHD Journey is Like Many of Yours - Long + Complicated!

But This Isn't a Sad Story: it's an empowering one of overcoming stereotypes, shame, and judgment that come along for the ride, especially back in the 90's.

Early Life and Challenges

I grew up in the small town of Erin countryside in a bustling household of six. Life was fun, laid-back, nature-filled and no internet, and unlimited outdoor adventures.

From an early age, my hyperactive ADHD traits were obvious, especially compared to my neurotypical twin brother’s behavior — neurotypical refers to someone without a neurodevelopmental condition.

Back in the '90s, ADHD was seen as a 'Pain in the A$$.' Diagnosed at 15, labeled a troublemaker and my insomnia and seasonal depression added to my struggles (p.s all related).

Meds meant to cure me made me feel awful, and numbed out my creativity and spirit. So I've embraced a holistic life since.

At that time, there were no resources to help me understand ADHD's impact or benefits
—YES, there are benefits!

I felt alone, isolated, and misunderstood for simply being me! Society, teachers, and peers told me I wouldn’t amount to much because of my ADHD. This led me on a journey of self-discovery, shaped by the stark contrast between my twin and me.

Enriched by a culturally diverse background, I've lived, traveled, and worked internationally in 25+ countries within the music, entertainment, and arts industries, where neurodiversity thrives, collaborating with hundreds of fellow ADHD souls.

Sure, there have been plenty of hardships along the way without ADHD support. But hey, it's all part of the journey, right?

I've created an ADHD-Friendly lifestyle infused with international adventures, work, and education, transforming my challenges into opportunities by leveraging my ADHD strengths.

From the serene Ontario countryside to the vibrant streets of Paris, Tulum, Mumbai, Beirut, São Paulo and Dubai, my journey celebrates living boldly with ADHD.

I Didn't Need Science to Prove ADHD's Existence

—I Lived and Felt its Impact + Benefits Daily!

My life became a research field, offering real-time insights into our duality and differences. I'm talking Mac vs. Windows different—two different operating systems.~Clearly, I'm the creative Mac!

Early on, I realized school and the world weren't built for my brain. My unique needs and strengths were often mistaken for bad behavior, resulting in being yelled at, called names, and punished.

The constant negative feedback fueled my rebellious nature, turning me into an angry, defiant, and aggressive wild child, eventually leading me to being kicked out of school—not reflective of my true self but a defense against punishment for being different. Outlets like partying became my escape during my teens.

Feeling pressured to conform, I masked myself to fit in, which made me resent school and care less about grades. Solid C's were my norm, except in art and gym where my creativity and high energy thrived.

Despite being unfairly labeled as "bad" and "stupid," I was actually very smart, but just so under-stimulated and uninspired by the traditional system. I'm sure many of you can relate!

Meanwhile, I watched my twin soar academically—a really tough time for me, to say the least!

Navigating Life's Challenges on My Own Was Tough, but It Became a Chance for Self-Discovery and Freedom!

After high school, feeling directionless and disconnected from my small-town environment, my deep connection to urban music led me into the nightlife scene.

Numbing my symptoms with drinking and partying unexpectedly opened up a landslide of opportunities in the international music industry.

At 18, I moved out, worked retail jobs, and immersed myself in nightclub culture, racking up massive debt due to impulsive, dopamine-driven shopping sprees and vacations. Money and I eventually made peace, but being in survival mode for years was not cute.

However, this newfound independence allowed me to retrain my brain to work with my ADHD, giving me the freedom to live, work, and travel on my terms and design a lifestyle that leverages my strengths.

At 19, I organized my First Sold-Out Hip Hop event in Guelph with my friends and street team flyer promotions. Recognizing my entrepreneurial potential, they encouraged me to pursue more events.

This marked the beginning of my journey into the music industry, leading to success in college—where I thrived creatively—followed by ventures in Toronto and organizing celebrity urban music events.

The Power of Neurodiversity in Music, The Arts, and Entertainment

ADHD in music, art, and entertainment

Imagine a world without music, dance, fine art, or entertainment.

Throughout my career in the music, arts, and entertainment industries, and as an artist myself, I've witnessed firsthand how neurodiversity thrives and is practically the norm.

Working with hundreds of neurodiverse musicians, rappers, producers, DJs, choreographers, videographers, and more, I've witnessed how tapping into ADHD traits—such as sensory sensitivities, impulsivity, curiosity, creativity, rebellion, defiance, a pursuit of dopamine hits, and a drive for more— can transform into strengths that empower us to lead incredibly successful lives.

Neurodiversity is the heart and soul of the music, arts, and entertainment industries, enriching them with diverse perspectives and groundbreaking creativity, serving as their essential foundation.

Not to mention there are thousands of us thriving with ADHD! Yet, our stories often remain untold.

Fortunately, I've witnessed this success time and time again, a testament to our extraordinary potential and contribution to the neurotypical world that wasn't even built for us to thrive in.

I weave these diverse experiences-the sights, sounds, tastes, and essence of each community—into the tapestry of my life. This eclectic blend enriches my life and finds its way into my coaching style and events, which I share with my community.

The world has served as my most profound self-development and transformation playground, and travel remains my greatest teacher as I continue to learn and grow as a forever student.
